Ah yes, an image uploaded to the DC gallery with DC in the title. Clearly the person we should think of is the founder of Marvel Comics.

It's literally a gay pride parade?? You know, multiple rainbow flags in the background? I thought that might have been enough to make that clear to anyone. A lot of people at most parades don't dress the same as they do in everyday life.

Also rich trying to claim someone with dyed pink hair as "degenerate" on their appearance alone. I would think anyone with basic knowledge of comics characters would recall even "good guys" in the same comic legacy that have done infinitely worse than questionable fashion sense, but your immediate default to Stan Lee for DC suggests that being beyond you.
