Notes:

After the French parliamentary elections of 2022, which saw a sharp increase in the number of MPs from the Rassemblement National (a far-right political party), the MPs elected their six vice-presidents.

As a result, two of the new vice-presidents of the lower house of parliament are part of the Rassemblement National.

French President Emmanuel Macron (depicted in the cartoon) and his centre-right party were criticized by the left-wing parties for not opposing the progression of the far-right.

The blue-and-red flame depicted in the cartoon is the emblem of the Rassemblement National.
