I've seen that video you're referring to, but I've also seen videos of them showing the fresh corpses of the Ukrainians they allegedly just killed and videos of them beheading and beating up POWs they had captured. If you're saying that they don't actually fight or kill anyone, then there would be no use to them even being there.
