I have to agree and disagree, but more of Columbo myth with his tricks. Like I can see Columbo questioning Kaiba and I agree with you about questioning the 4th card, but I can imagine Columbo pulling out the the 4th blue eyes card perfectly repaired just to to mess with Kaiba and not exodia just to give an extra twist.

Fun fact: in addition to Kaiba proudly claiming that he destroyed the grandpa's Blue Eyes card, in the manga he very openly tells Yugi that he got the other three cards by preassuring through economically ruining or torturing their previous owners (some of which apparently commited suicided afterwards) into giving them away. The guy is indeed very open about the crimes he comits.
