Actually got legit curious and checked the comments on the VOD for her recent Rust stream and mildly surprised I'm not seeing any jokes like this in the comments. Only comment that related to the queen is one person somehow mistakenly thinking Calli's British saying "I thought you'd be mourning the queen today because you're British" and then another person responding "she's not British."

in the original mythology they "reap" the souls of the dead like wheat. and the word "grim" in the original meaning actually meant "mistake", so they were killing people who weren't supposed to be dead.
In short they were seen as second degree mass murderers at best
