Unless I am mistaken, he's talking about how many anti-immigration politicians talk about chain migration, which is when "an immigrant gains either U.S. citizenship or a green card and petitions for his or her family members to be let into the U.S., who then petitions for their family members, and so on" (taken from the website of the Senate Republican Policy Committee). He is then comparing that to nepotism, where people in power will sometimes use their connections to get family members in high places. He does this by showing off various celebrity families/politician families. The only problem is that only some of these examples (such as the Trumps) work. Like how does Rosemary Clooney being descended from Abe Lincoln count as nepotism? You could argue George and Rosemary, since both are actors, but Abe was a politician, which wouldn't really get you any exclusive access in the acting world.
