It's definitely one of his most cryptic comics, because usually Josh has the subtlety of Ben Garrison combined with a level of race baiting that would make Stonetoss raise an eyebrow. This comic is different from all the others though, his only caption was
"The only thing more dangerous than those in power are the ones who want to be them."
When I saw it on a thread on /tv/, some anons were speculating that Josh stated that Jews aren't white, because in the comic the wolves are clearly meant to be white people, and if you look at the Avengers parody on the billboard, you can see that in that universe Chris Evans and Hemsworth (Captain America and Thor) are wolves, but Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow) and Steven Spielberg, who are both Jewish, are sheeps.

So, in short, it's possible that this comic is saying that non-white people (including jews), which are the sheep, want to be white (wolves) and are falling into some kind of trap…

I mean, MAYBE that is the meaning. His comics are all about race and "wypepo bad"
