Japan is as fake as Hollywood but at least manga and anime are great!

Basically someone like me or Gaijin Goombah. Japan has an interesting history, a lot of media I enjoy, and has plenty I'd love to experience. However I also acknowledge Japan has one of the worst work cultures out of any first world nation (it's one of the big reasons why NEETs are more common now), sexual harassment of women is high enough in certain public spaces that "women only" spaces are a necessity (like trains, and you can thank perverts taking non-consensual upskirt shots as the reason why it's required by law that all phone cameras in Japan make audible "click" sounds you can't turn off), and famous people are under even worse scrutiny in Japan than in the West (like here in the West no one gives a fuck that someone like Snoop Dogg smokes weed, but in Japan if a Japanese celebrity is caught smoking weed they become completely un-personed, making Western cancel culture look tame by comparison).
