One Piece - Oda doesn't care about your anatomy lessons.

I mean isn't nearly everyone in One Piece heavily stylized to begin with? If it was a case of "the male characters have fairly realistic proportions but the women look like they came out of Liefeld" then yeah there'd be reason to complain, but that isn't really the case.
