Anonymous member 1m I'm 25 weeks today and I'm getting more and more nervous about my home birth. I am so scared for legal trouble. I'm scared if something were to happen during birth and my baby didn't make it that they might try to charge me with negligence or something. Anyone else?! I can't imagine being imprisoned away from my current baby.
