Niggachain, also known as Broke Nigga Detection Software, refers to a viral video and TikTok sound about a cryptocurrency called Niggachain, the "first fully AI-layered two-block chain built on Solana by niggas, for niggas." The sound used a hip-hop beat and an AI voice, acting like a commercial for the meme coin that was launched on Pump.fun. Black TikTokers humorously championed the audio and made memes with it in late 2024. Many referenced the precursor Broke Nigga Alert audio.

Origin

On November 21st, 2024, X^[1] user @NiggachainL2 tweeted a video that advertised a meme coin called Niggachain on Pump.fun.^[8] The video received over 256,100 views and 2,200 likes in three weeks.

The video was posted to TikTok as well. However, the original TikTok has since been deleted. On December 11th, the video was posted to YouTube^[2] by the coin's creators (shown below).

Spread

In late November 2024, users on TikTok made videos with the Niggachain sound. For instance, on November 27th, TikToker^[3] @poo_stain_42 posted a video pretending to be Elon Musk unveiling his new "house robot" in 2059, gaining over 972,200 plays and 173,000 likes in 15 days (shown below).

On November 30th, TikToker^[4] @immerz_ posted a video with a POV caption, reading, "POV: Cyborg's Dad cooking in the lab to save his son," receiving over 1.6 million plays and 338,600 likes in 12 days (shown below).

On December 1st, 2024, X^[5] user @ATLienMJ reposted the original video, writing, "This shit frying me man," gaining over 25,000 likes in 11 days (shown below).

The creators of Niggachain made more videos going into December 2024. For instance, on December 6th, X^[6] user @NiggachainL2 tweeted a new video, starting with Dave Blunts Falling From the Sky, gaining over 1,900 likes in six days (shown below).

On December 5th, 2024, TikToker^[7] @rsmontay posted a video, asking who made the viral audio. He praised it for being a "top audio," receiving over 3.3 million plays and 457,400 likes in a week (shown below).
