Anonymous Poopmaxxing help 167 KB JPG 06/20/24(Thu)00:19:22 No.920148198 Any poopmaxxing tips? I feel like good technique but could probably learn from some other experienced P-maxxers. Here's where I'm at now: >Eat only high spice mexican food and dairy (I have lactose intolerant buff) >drink exclusively dairy products >train rectum for girthmaxx >use buttplug to holdmaxx >hourly cycle of ducolax, senecot, stool softeners, and lubricant laxitives >poop once a week Record is currently 6x24 inches hyperlog but color was 4/10 and texture was a bit uneven. My goal is 7x30 by the end of July but seems a but ambitious. I'm okay being non functional in society, but need to be able to use internet and continue the rest of my routine. Was thinking about doing a fecal transplant for better gut effects. For me a good s--- is one that gives you a lot of relief after, so the size and shape of the s--- isn't all that important to me. I hadn't taken a s--- in two days and just did a huge one. I drank a lot last night, so much in fact that I sleep walked and p----- in the corner of my bed room. I drank a lot of beer and a lot of wine. When I took a s---, my guts just completely dropped and it was like my a------ was vomiting. So much of it was just liquid, hardly any solid. The sound of it just splashing in the toilet water.. the smell was so rancid. Always that little bit of blood when I wipe afterwards too. Just a really feral, disgusting s---.
