+ Follow Realtor @ Haring Realty 16h. As a Gen Z - This whole "Work-Life" Balance thing has never sat right with me. Who are we to demand a work-life balance when we are in our prime working years? These early years of our life should be for grinding and setting yourself up to have work-life balance in your 30s, when it actually matters. When you need to have time for your Family. Your kids and significant other. It is pure entitlement for someone in the early to mid 20's to be complaining about "Work-Life" balance. You haven't worked long enough nor do you have a "life" that needs balancing. Thoughts from a Gen Z who is disappointed in the generation they where brought up in.

No one can have a life in their 20s
