Wario seemingly has magic homing shoes. When defeated in Super Mario Land 2, Wario throws a shoe at Mario. If he throws it in the wrong direction, the shoe wraps around the screen and flies in from the other direction to still hit Mario.

Wario's S--- Bone Wario's model in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U contains a deformation point (known in 3D modeling as a "bone") named "_94_-_SWG_west_shit" (circled in the image). This is the point to which the Wario Waft attack effect is attached, explaining the last part. "West" is a misspelling of "waist", which is also present in other places in the model.
