I just got into researching WW2. I think its incredible how close Germany was to winning the war. They really did have a technological edge over the Allies Hey champ, you got the wrong prespective here. Germany may I have won many impressive victories early in the war but that couldn't mitigate their sheer inferiority in resources and strategy Adding onto that, German weapons were advanced in some aspects but they were often unreliable, expensive, and difficult to produce. Not to mention, they often didn't even have the fuel to run their tanks and planes Much of the old history around WW2 is quite biased because of the role former German generals played in writing a history of the war. I recommend writers like David Glantz or Antony Beevor as great current sources to reserach.
