A redraw based on a Chinese "I don't car" edit of an original webcomic by @constantbageltherapy. The comic shows a circle, presumably the sun, forming a speech-bubble-cloud raining down on a smiling teddy bear. The comic is altered to show Chinese text that reads, "Your English sucks," even as the @hlamouo's mascot smiles as says, "I don't car."
