My Little Pony however... you can watch it. And it is girly So, in men who do not receive enough girliness in their lives, it provides something that can't be found anywhere else. It sates a hunger they have never otherwise had satisfied, soothes a crinkle in their soul, fills a hole in the mind. It is the only palatable source of girliness that they can find. Some men don't need this. Some men do. So they find they love the show, and they can simply skim the flaws that seem so blatant to everyone else. The ponies bring balance.
