Is it really that good? Haven't used one yet

Competitively, a respectable 90 base Special Attack backed by a decent 89 base Speed, as well as 91% accuracy Hurricanes, ensures it will tear up the lower tiers, though it won't quite be OU. In the game itself, it's usable practically all the way through if you don't mind its low defenses. And it's so damn cute!
