Twilight Sparkle and the Crystal Heart Spell Depiction in books /Edit Supposedly this Twilight Sparkle and the Crystal Heart Spell Princess Cadance is featured in the chapter book Twilight Sparkle and the Crystal Heart Spel1 The book tells the story of Twilight Sparkle after she'd been made an alicorn and seeks advice on being a princess. She turns to Cadance, who tells her life story, how as a baby Pegasus she was found in the woods by Earth ponies, who took by a staff member s aawas given to her her to their village. When she grew up she reversed a love-stealing spell cast by a pony called Prismia. Prismia wore a magic-enhancing necklace that amplified her evil and jealousy, but when Cadance confronted her, the necklace amplified Cadances love. "Once Prismia changed her horrible ways, Cadance was surrounded by magical energy and transported to a strange place where she met Celestia, who adopted her as her royal niece use as official canon. The origins of Cadence and her 'Alicornification Pinkie Pie and the Rockin' Ponypalooza Party Her fanily all wore blank expressions as Pinkie skipped and twirled with glee. It was obvious that Igneous Rock had dealt with Pinkie's exhausting eergy many tines before when she was a filly He stood patiently for a while, waiting for her to calm down. But soon he grew tired of the act, anod his face morphed into a frown. "All right, now," he said That's enough." But Pinkie was too excited to notice his disapproval. Meanwhile, Twilight, Applejack, Flittershy, Rainbow Dash, and Rarity stood close by. They'd heard a lot about Pinkie's days growing up on the rock fam, but they'd never actually met Pinkie's family before. Some of the other paty-going ponies started to gather around, too. Apparently, they were also curious to learn more about the relations of the most popular pony in town. Chances were good that her family was probably totally fim, too. Hi, Mom! Hey there, Dad! How's it going. Mable? What's new, L inestone? Where's- "Your older sister is keeping an eye on the fa." Igneous cut her off O, okay. So what are you guys doing here? I'm so totally suprised Pinkie skipped her fanily. "My Pinkie Sense didn't wam me about this at all! Are you here to party? I planned all this! Look, there are lots of really cool- Pinkamena Dime Pie," Igneous interrupted. "We are not here to party." Pinkie stopped in her tracks. "Oh. Youre not?" She cocked her head to one side No" Cloudy Quartz replied. Marble and Limestone shook their heads solemnly Well, why'd you show up at a party, then, you bunch of silly heads?" Pinkie giggled and nudged her mother. "A is the absolute worst place to not Teased at Maude Pie before Pinkie Pride even aired. Rainbow Dash and the Daring Do Double Dare "Show yourself, you... you... coward!" Rainbow squeaked Prepare yourself to be amazed!" the voice cackled. The red smoke parted and out stepped a massive zebra. "For you are graced by the presence of Braze!" He had blood-red eyes and an earring made of orange-and-yellow phoenix feathers. He had stripes, just like Zecora, only his weren't black-and-white; they were red, orange, and yellow and looked like the flames of a raging fire. It was a bit intimidating A new villain Zebra named 'Braze with a lasso that can negate magic. Rarity and the Curious Case of Charity But Spike didn't respond in his usual prompt maer. He just stood still. The baby dragon was completely mesmerized. The ponies had only ever seen him making those heart-shaped eyes toward one other pony before-Rarity herself. The one pony he had had a not-so-secret crush on for basically forever After looking all over Ponyville, Rarity finally found the Unicorn and the dragon out searching for gems. She watched from afar as Charity bent down to pat Spike on the head. "My adorable little Spikey-Wikey! You're such a big help with these gems Rarity felt a sudden pang of jealousy. That was her Spikey-Wikey! But then, she remembered her plan. She adjusted her mint-colored wig and smoothed down the light green dress she'd found in Charity's suitcase. She was ready "Anything for you Charity!" Spike said, hearts still in his eyes. "I know my way around a gem Hey!" Charity turned to Spike and whispered, "Rarity thinks I have potential, Spikey-Wikey! "Ahem" Rarity cleared her throat. "Darling?" Charity stopped. "Yes?" Let's get one thing straight. That's my Spikey-Wikey. Capiche?" Spike's affection for Rarity might not go unrequitted.
