Ahahaha, now serious: Dark Souls 1 is the best one. It has, no pun intented, soul and spirit, all characters, places and bosses are unique and remarkable, it just done everything right. Demon Souls is way harder, but very dull. Dark Souls 2 is harder too, it has cool characters, but all bosses are way too easy and boring. There are at least 2-4 hard bosses and only 3 that have at least some personality or even a name. But i think they doesn't step too far from each other.
