No, Tumblr once again blew shit outta proportion. Nobody actually died. If someone did kill themselves because of it, chances are they already have more psychological problems than just "seeing an image on the internet." and, contrary to what Tumblr users believe, if someone did kill themselves because they saw an image on the internet, nobody is at fault other than themselves.
