I'd like to implore you to read it again and listen to it, he's on the money A few thoughts on my end about how to spin this in your direction 1) 1 think the first thing that needs to start happening is to stop giving SJW-types ammunition, and rather turn their actions against themselves. As much as they claim harassment, they're harassing YOU. Think about how when X politician is caught in a lie. One party just hammers him with facts, while the other flails about trying to find anything they can throw at the opposition. The SJWs are in this position. 2) Be respectful to the SJW who act out at you. When you counter-point them and they choose to call you names or verbally assault you, respond that you will only engage in further conversation with them if it respectful and debated around facts, not name calling 3 The other PR guy is ght to flood PAX-related hashtags #PAX #PAXPRIME, #PAX2014). Do this, and make sure your messages are on pont, factual and not harassing. Harassing Zoe is not going to help you; will only hurt you now. What you want to do is show the other side avoiding facts and trying to dodge with smokescreens and "but Zoe!" style talk. See No. 2. 4) I think it would be neat to engage other journalists. Reach out to those at print publications from other beats such as politics, crime, sports, and metro that's basically city living and askif the Patreon issue would be an issue to them 90% of the time it would be. Do your screen images with those voices further proving how unethical games journalism is. Start with the Washington Post, Chicago Tribune, New York Times, Miami Herald, and other major market papers. My firm does business with the publisher for Polygon, Vox Media. One of my jobs is to make sure our partners aren't 'muddying the waters'. Vox has a history of allowing breaches in ethics as long as it reaps them their target audience (it's not an accident that Polygon is suddenly pushing the SJW stuff) so they were on fine ice before this Quinn thing started. It's not unheard of, but it doesn't mean it should be allowed when it's uncovered I'm preparing a pretty scathing (by marketing standards) rebuke of Vox that should result in them either having a 'come to Jesus moment or losing some big cash. If you're so inclined, you can help in the fight against their wallets by writing to Vox' advertisers yourself. But the moment the SJW lost composure they gave /v/ lots of ammo to complain to advertisers and sponsors That's how it works. There's only one way to ruin a reputation. Having one in the first place The only thing you can do is hit them where it hurts, and that would be the f------ wallet. They mention several times how much they hate gamers and videogames but yet the gamers pay their f------ bills Take that to their sponsors (mentioned several times already) and state that you as a customer/reader feel deeply offended by the comments said journalists are making and you now associate their products with the abuse Tadah. That's how it works. Fight moral outrage with even more moral outrage The sponsors literally don't care about any of the agendas they're pushing, as soon as their product becomes associated with negativity and/or corruption they're the f--- outta the whole joint.
