I have some information to share about the 7th gen Pokemon games. First off, let me just say that I heard all of this from a Gamestop employee who claimed that his friend works at Nintendo, and that his friend had access to some of the pokemon from the new games. He said he got to try battling with one of them, and it's name ended in 'borg". This pokemoncould change forms while in the middle of a battle, going back and forth between them. This of course isn't the only pokemon that will get this special ability In fact, new and old pokemon will gain this ability. He mentioned that hǐs friend said some of the old pokemon to get this included Magnezone, clinaclang, and Klefki (just a few examples). These pokemon will be able to do this with items called Ancient Gears. They kinda work like Mega Stones, but they can allow a pokemon to transform in battle. This wont be limited to just steel types though. Porygon, Electivire, Magmortar, and all four Regis were mentioned as possible possesors for the Ancient Gears. Each gear wi11 have a name like Mega Stones have names for the pokemon they are compatible with. How exactly these pokemon transform during battle with the gears, the employee couldn't say. his friend never explained it to him. It's possible that they could transform using specific moves, but that's just my guëss. But he did say that it definetely wasn't a turn-based thing Also, a steel type Eeveelution is in development. The Nintendo employee told his friend that the possible name for it was Andreon, but is definetely not final. It will look similar to those robot dogs in Nintendogs Cats, in the sense that it will Took more futuristic rather than constructed of gears and stuff It's possible that they will give an Ancient Gear to Andreon, but there is also a chance that they wont since Game Freak doesn't really want to give special attention to one specific Eeveelution. IF they do, though, Andreon will probably transform between its futuristic look and an older rusty looking one. I also want to add that the Nintendo employee said "Pokemon is going all steampunk". That could mean different things, but it's all open for interpretation. one last thing. only certain pokemon caught wi1l have the ability to use an Ancient Gear. It will work 1ike shinies, but they aren't as rare. I wi1l say, this is NOT made up. I heard it from a Gamestop employee who found all this out from his friend that works at Nintendo. That being said, I'm not even sure if I believe all of it. It may be true, it may not. But don't bash on ME for being "fake". I'm just relaying information.

as soon as someone claims having a friend that works at a specific company I start doubting every single word he says afterwards
