Watched it last night, IMO is a pretty funny series if you enjoy shows like Regular Show and the 90s "Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog." The CGI animation is top notch for a TV show, they got much of the recent game cast to be in the show (a step up compared to what happened with Sonic X a decade ago, though Mike Pollock has proven to be a great Eggman since then), dialog and character interactions can range from heartfelt (like when Sonic worried about Tails when the Tornado crashed) to funny (Eggman rooming with Sonic and Tails after his base is "destroyed"), and honestly I like a few of the updates to character personalities.

Amy doesn't come off as a clingy stalker type anymore, but instead has funny moments of wanting other characters to "explore their feelings" like a faux psychiatrist, Knuckles has a bit of ego on him but doesn't come off as annoying, and Sticks is a funny cloud cuckoolander type. Sonic and Tails are much like how they have been in recent games though, which is a good thing IMO.

At least Eggman actually looks like an egg.
