Despite the loss of one of the greatest ("hammy-est") Senators of all time, Raiden consumed the heart of the great beast and, in a way, the Senator lived on even more as a part of Raiden both mentally and spiritually, to continue Radien's mission to find out who he really is in a path of revengeance…. or maybe it was the invasion of foreign mechanisms in Raiden's body.
