Extended synopsis
"This special features a first-time spotlight on several supporting cast characters, as Ponyville’s favorite residents – Twilight Sparkle, Fluttershy, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, and Rarity – are busy protecting their community from a surprise attack. Meanwhile, as everyone prepares for Cranky and Matilda’s highly anticipated wedding celebration, an invitation printing error forces last-minute changes, sending Mathilda’s loyal Ponyville pals--a group of rarely seen and never-before-heard ponies--scrambling to rearrange everything for the nuptials."
