This is from a recording (off of a VHS tape) of a Doctor Who Special that aired during Pledge Breaks on the local PBS station in St. Louis, MO in the late 1980's. It's a brief history of Doctor Who from the First Doctor to the Sixth Doctor, when the program was only 21 years old.
