This form of Creepy-pasta came from youtuber DarthChikiN. He created this meme out of random and this video has been popular to Left 4 Dead players ever since. It shows survivor ‘Coach’ looking at the player in a stoic expression, then says “Hankey Pankey” Which is a line snip from the Dark Carnival Mission in L4D2. Then he makes a pedophile-looking face and slangly, says "Mmmmhmm’ as satisfaction of something. This video has gotten a laugh out of many people and at most times, players play this video into their microphones.
