This meme originated on tumblr.com in a blog using a picture of Justin Bieber in a suit glaring at the camera with his head tilted down. This causes an effect that makes him seem intimidating and a bit creepy. As if Bieber wasn’t scary enough. This picture has been copied and pasted and put into many pictures depicting him “creeping” on the characters in these pictures.
