Comes from one of 2011's Fiber One commercials. It starts with a wife suggesting her husband needs more fiber in his diet. He stats the great line "Fiber makes me…sad." The use of this is to take of random pictures of faces of different things and have "Fiber makes me…sad." stated in the picture. another use is different random things making you sad. example:picture of rebecca black. with makes me…sad.
