While the exact origins of the phrase "never mix your beautiful white snow with dirt" are unclear, it started to become the subject of videos on TikTok around March 2025.
That month, TikToker @chadlife1 posted a video of dirty snow under the caption, followed by TikToker @hzlnbluh in April, whose video gained over 320,000 views in a month.
Later that month, TikToker @coolgirl01001 then posted a selfie video in which she places the caption over her face, garnering an unknown number of views before it was removed along with her whole account, inspiring her to make a new account under the name @coolgirilvril.
The hateful phrase is a statement against multiracial relationships, with "beautiful white snow" referring to white people and "dirt" referring to people of other races. Essentially, people who use the dog whistle-esque phrase in videos are discouraging white people from dating outside their race.
