"Looks like I picked the wrong week" is a quote said by Steve McCroskey, who is played by Lloyd Bridges. During parts of the movie, he says "Looks like I picked the wrong week to quit smoking, drinking, etc.". This is used by people over the internet as a forum weapon to show that they either don't like things, are disgusted, etc.
