Konami delivered a hilarious(for all the wrong reasons) press conference at E3. One of the many memes to come out of it was Tak Fujii talking(in Engrish) about Ninety Nine Nights 2 while apparently being stoned. “ONE MILLION TROOPS, WOW”, is just one of the more hilarious things he said.
