Rack em rack willie is an internet sensation, started by The Damn! Show. He is a homeless man living in Athens, Georgia, filmed by an internet site called The Damn! Show a group of students who would pay to film him, some believe with alcohol. His name is "Willie James Huff" but better known as "The Funky Chicken" he is recorded doing a number of different skits, and performances on the streets of Athens. Known across the internet as "rack em rack willie", and known for constantly uttering the phrase "Rack em rack, rack ball, rack em rack." Rack em willie even has his own iPhone app.
