This is a line from Spongebob Squarepants that was said in the episode “Prehibernation Week”. When Spongebob whent missing, Sandy started a search group for him. When Sandy is ordering everyone around, someone says “This is a load of barnacles.” Which Sandy replies to by yelling “I heard that.” It is often said when an internet user sees/reads something he/she thinks is fictional, stupid, ect.
