Tourette’s Guy is an alleged Tourette’s Syndrome sufferer named Danny, who constantly shouts ridiculous phrases. Whether or not he has tourette’s is dubious. He wears a neckbrace in most of his videos. Danny used to have a website where all his videos were posted, but after his death the website was removed.

Y.T.M.N.D Fad

It would appear as though the Tourettes Guy Fad originated on ytmnd in the of Summer 2005 even though his website, tourettesguy.com, was launched in 2004. The first series of Tourettes Guy YTMND’s were uploaded by user maikeyboy on April 27th, 2009. The fad quickly spread and is still being used.

From YTMND wiki:

On August 4th, 2007, Tourettesguy.com released a statement, saying that Danny, the Tourettes Guy had passed away a couple of days after being released out of the hospital, from a car accident.
