What 4chan cries out during sex is a Exploitable image macro whereby a doodler fills in what a person representing the image board 4chan (be it a /b/tard, moot, or a member of Anonymous) would say at the moment of climax. Usually, this involves referencing other memes, effectively cross-breeding one meme with another.

Origin

The original image used in this exploitable was taken from a cartoon drawn by Mark Stivers on November 7th, 2005.

The cartoon was itself inspired by an earlier cartoon drawn by Stivers 4 days earlier – one that does not contain the now copypasted caption.
