Super Smash Brothers - Why Wolf made it into Brawl

I still would have rather had wolf than falco,
Also this explains why some of wolfs animations in brawl looked silly

And Wolf isn't even a clone. The only moves he has that are even remotely similar to Fox's are his specials -- and even then, those are radically different.

All of his standard attacks are completely separate from Fox's (aside from a kicking b-air, but just how many other characters have one of those?), making his status not even that of a pseudo-clone like Lucas or Luigi.
