Nickelodeon - Heffer's 'Do Not Want' Reaction

I own a Rocko's Modern Life T Shirt which features Heffer prominently, and in the dining hall at my college there is a employee who doesn't have the best grasp on English but is a big fan of the show. So whenever I go to the dining hall without the shirt he will yell across the room "Where's Heffer!" while looking at me.
