basicaly… Super training makes the stats work as a 31 IV, however the game saves the origonal IVs for Breeding and Hidden Power purpuses. Sucks because we can't get 6 IV dittos easily, but hey, now we don't have to do hours of breeding just for Hidden Power Ice and with good IVs too

It's useful if you want legendary and mythical Pokemon to have max IVs though. It makes me glad, since I won't need to soft reset as often (only for the right natures essentially).
