Let me explain myself.
You must understand how copyright works in the first place.
When you produce data of any kind it belongs to you and only you.
But if a website (or a software) has a contract/term it overrides your copyright ownership of the data you produce and it give that ownership to the website (this one KYM is owned by cheezburger).
These contract consider that you have read them and accepted them (of course no on reads them but it's valid for the law)
