For another civil war to happen, there's needs to be actual, and significant, infighting between States, not just hate groups clashing with minorities or vice versa. The closest thing we've had so far was a lackluster attempt by some Californians to secede from the Union since Trump won.

North Korea has already backed down from their threats of firing missiles near Guam. It was never anything close to being similar to the Cuban Missile crisis. You know, that little incident where the two major Superpowers of the world almost came close to pressing the button, not some third world dictator engaging in a pissing contest with the President.
