I wouldn't mind it so much that people were taking the approach that one is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law if these weren't the exact same people who believe Hillary Clinton is a murderer, or that she's guilty of treason based on the contents of missing e-mails. No one is presently taking any legal action against Hillary for anything, so by this logic she's not guilty of murder or treason.
If you either consistently take the "innocent until proven guilty" approach, or the "where there's smoke there's fire" approach to political scandals I'm not judging you. I am judging you if you take one for your party and the other for the other party. Then you're just an asshole.
