Disney - Toy Story 4

There have been a decent number of times it went to a non-Disney production, but the Academy is incredibly biased to animated features made in English speaking parts of the world. From a list I'm looking at some non-Disney winners are:

-Shrek
-Spirited Away
-Wallace and Gromit
-Happy Feet
-Rango
-Spider-Man: Into the SpiderVerse

Of all of those, only one of them comes from a non-English speaking country, BUT still worth remembering Disney was the company who handled the American distribution and dub sooooo… take that as you will.
