Only Using Lyft From Now On

51 mins · : Today I needed a ride, so I requested a LYFT. A few seconds later, I got a text saying that my driver was deaf or hard of hearing and used sign language. At the bottom of the message, LYFT provided a link to a page with basic sign language, so I practiced it a bit before he arrived. When I got in the car and used the sign language, his face lit up. It made my day. I really appreciate the inclusivity and accomodations that LYFT provided, and I think it is a wonderful step in the right direction. 3 Comments 29 O Like Comment
