Whether you're a parent or not, we've all encountered a dumb child at one point or another. Perhaps you even were one. But the children whose antics made this list are certainly some of the dumbest. Honestly, it really doesn't get much dumber than this. It's surprising humanity as a species has survived for this long, since we apparently would eat sheets of paper instead of food as children for literally no reason whatsoever.

Ran Out of Toilet Paper

This is the sort of thing someone would do spitefully after their parent didn't replace and refill the last roll. Since it's extremely annoying when someone else won't put the new toilet paper on the roll, I feel like this was the result of a series of failed toilet paper refills from parents in the past.
