This week, in a welcome change from the gloomy dark humor, the funniest thing on the internet was a Hololive Vtuber repeating a sound byte from Banjo-Kazooie.
The Eekum Bokum phenomenon started by Hololive Vtuber Inugami Korone led to a massive spike in remixes and gags on YouTube, dominating the week's meme scene alongside JFK from Clone High, who scored two new popular templates with My Day Be So Fine and Nothing Bad Ever Happens To The Kennedys.
Meanwhile, in the video game scene, there was massive PlayStation 5 news that didn't translate into new memes, as much of the video game meme economy was focused on the hot hidden role game Among Us.
