About 'Clappy Clappy'

This spontainiously random action sprouted late one night after watching a particular episode of Nitro Circus, featuring Johnny Knoxville.

Where it came from

It was around 1.30 AM GMT, on a Wednesday, where two boys watching television, decided to take the stereotypical approach of "TV is imitatable" and copied a man clapping with one hand.

This of course caught on between the two, and became popular, and rather hilarious in public, particularly around the town of Blackpool, UK.

About one handed clapping

The clapping action is created by flapping your arms wildly until your fingers slap against the palm of your hand, creating the sound of a clap, or finger click. The action,looking completely wacky causing strangers to either stare with complete confusion, or laugh at the strange boys walking through a tourist town, waving their arms wildly.
