The photograph of the "wolf" is not an actual wolf, but a photo of a discontinued product from a Halloween web store called frightcatalogue.com.
Although the meme is relatively new, it has taken off fast, with almost 200 images created on memegenerator.com in just a few days (nearly as many as the Rape Hawk meme gathered in seven months).
