The Cursing Smiley appeared between sections of the Rutgers and USF on October 18, 2007. It has received lots of controversy over the years as it was said to lower the limit of vulgarity allowed on television where kids could possibly be watching.
The speech goes to a blue smiley talking about insurance when it turns to the screen and says "!#@! them." then turns to people off screen as if they objected as says "What? You can't say #$
?" before "shrugging" and thus the commercial ends.
According to the Youtube video's creator it was a set of three mini ads with the first two being tame and the last one…well..this.
